Executes regional account strategy for OEMs and large end-users, driving sales, technology adoption, and Envelope solution deployment, especially in data centers. Builds executive relationships, manages forecasts, contracts, supply-chain coordination, distribution channels, CRM records, and voice-of-customer feedback. Develops account and leverage sales plans, supports negotiations, reports performance, and coordinates customer visits, marketing initiatives, and trade-show participation.

Develops relationships with consulting engineers and design professionals to position Armstrong products as the basis of design. Develops engineered HVAC, fire pump, hydronic, and integrated plant package solutions; reviews specifications and RFQs; prepares technical proposals and cost estimates; supports customers and sales teams; coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, service, and project management; maintains proposal documentation and CRM records; and improves estimating processes, standards, and operational performance.

Manage the P&L and lifecycle of heat transfer and expansion system offerings. Drive market and product strategy through VOC/VOS, competitive analysis, business cases, pricing, roadmaps, launches, marketing, channel alignment, and operations collaboration to meet revenue, margin, and inventory goals.

Lead development and delivery of global technical and commercial training for Armstrong partners. Create scalable e-learning, certifications, and in-person/virtual workshops; integrate training management with the Envelope platform; enable partners to sell, deploy, and manage connected-site services; define KPIs, onboarding/offboarding, and certification processes; collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, and Marketing to align training with business goals and support a smooth transition to a new Global Service Manager.

Lead large-scale audits and updates of packaging, labels, templates, and marketing materials to ensure branding, specs, and regulatory text are accurate. Maintain a master template library and content inventory, coordinate with regional/product teams, update corporate documents and occasional website content, and perform simple social media video edits. Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency while verifying accuracy and flag recurring issues for process improvement.

Design, develop, refactor, and migrate legacy ASP.NET and backend applications using Python and C#. Build microservices, containerize with Docker/Kubernetes (EKS), deploy to AWS, ensure application security, and optimize SQL database performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable including supplier setup/validation, high-volume invoice processing, payment runs (ACH/wire/check), dispute resolution, reconciliations, month-end close support, audit assistance, and process improvements to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.

Lead CEO-aligned strategic planning, run an enterprise PMO to ensure program delivery and ROI, maintain a living Business Operating System with regular process audits and corrective actions, and drive ERP and digital transformation initiatives to optimize processes, data governance, and operational reporting.

Manage the lifecycle and market positioning of pump offerings. Perform market and competitive analysis, voice-of-customer/sales activities, pricing and margin management, roadmap and launch support, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to meet revenue, margin, and business plan goals.
