Provides Level 1–3 technical support to attorneys and staff, diagnosing hardware, software, operating system, connectivity, and user-support issues. Supports system administration, cloud services, security protocols, infrastructure maintenance, employee technology setup and training, and firm-wide IT projects such as upgrades and software deployments.

Lead eDiscovery strategy for complex environmental and consumer protection litigation: advise on preservation, collection, ESI protocols, manage document review workflows (TAR/analytics), oversee vendors and platforms like Everlaw, support discovery motions, and help adopt eDiscovery technology and AI.
