Manage delinquent lease accounts 17–61 days past due by contacting customers, negotiating renewals, extensions, and payment arrangements, and helping accounts become current. Document customer interactions accurately, explain renewal options, meet collection and renewal KPIs, and ensure compliance with company policies.
