Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of major gift donors to meet fundraising goals. Develop and implement donor strategies, prepare proposals and acknowledgements, maintain donor records, coordinate events, collaborate with leadership and volunteers, and support development initiatives across UMMC units.

Provides comprehensive administrative support for an obstetrics and gynecology department, including office management, scheduling, communications, document preparation, event coordination, invoice and expense processing, budget tracking, database maintenance, reporting, and support for faculty, staff, and students.

Manages continuing health professional education programs from planning through completion, ensuring accreditation compliance across multiple healthcare disciplines. Oversees budgets, logistics, scheduling, speakers, catering, participant and financial data, educational grants, donor and exhibitor funding, and educational design. Serves as a liaison among schools, presenters, participants, vendors, and planning committees. Requires frequent travel and driving, occasional extended hours, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Develops and executes talent acquisition strategies for an academic medical center. Partners with HR business partners and hiring managers, sources diverse candidates, manages recruiting activities and job fairs, prepares job advertisements and promotional materials, and maintains candidate and requisition records. Provides recruiting expertise and behavioral interview training, ensures compliance with employment laws and institutional policies, analyzes recruitment data, and prepares reports. Frequent driving and travel to offsite locations are required.

Leads the institution-wide human resources function, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, compliance, policies, performance management, and employee relations. Serves as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, supervises HR staff, improves retention and morale, mitigates legal risk, and advances recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce.

Lead strategic HR functions across the institution including workforce planning, talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, leave administration, HR policies and compliance, employee engagement and retention, performance management, and HR operations. Serve as strategic business partner to senior leadership and supervise HR staff.
