Provide hands-on end-user and on-site IT support across multiple locations, manage vendor relationships, maintain IT asset inventories and help-desk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and networks, assist onboarding/offboarding and procurement, support routine maintenance and system updates, and occasionally travel to remote sites including the Bahamas.
