Perform corporate and property-level accounting for a real estate/property management firm: AP/AR processing, reconciliations, accruals and adjusting entries, financial statement compilation and reporting, budget development and variance analysis, mortgage loan management, and ad hoc accounting projects while supporting the Controller and executive team.
