Directs an electrical engineering and sustainability team responsible for product design, new product development, prototype SMT manufacturing lines, quality improvements, regulatory testing, budgets, and engineering support for manufacturing and operations. Oversees staff, projects, schedules, documentation, proposals, contracts, production costs, inventory controls, and technical compliance while coordinating with senior leadership and cross-functional managers.
