Manage procurement contracting and purchasing for packaged product inventory across multiple locations. Execute ERP transactions, forecast order patterns, optimize inventory and routing, coordinate suppliers and logistics (including Palm Fat products), support retail promotions, approve vendor invoices, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and collaborate with Operations and Retail teams to meet demand and delivery timelines.
