Provides broad People and Culture support across retail, operations, and head office. Advises and coaches managers on employee relations, performance, absence, policies, recruitment, payroll, learning and development, and employee lifecycle processes. Supports UK employment law compliance, people projects, organisational change, JEDI initiatives, and continuous process improvement while partnering with the Head of People and Finance.
