Provide end-to-end customer support and help implement Welbi for senior living clients. Troubleshoot product issues, document bugs, coordinate with Product and Engineering, maintain the Knowledge Base, create educational resources, analyze support metrics, and assist with onboarding, data imports, and configuration tasks to improve customer experience and reduce support volume.
