Manages affordable apartment communities, including fiscal accountability, leasing, marketing, resident certifications, collections, regulatory compliance, inspections, maintenance coordination, and physical asset management. Supervises onsite personnel, oversees hiring and training, manages performance, and ensures compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Fair Housing, OSHA, and company requirements. The role requires varied scheduling, including weekends and holidays, plus a South Carolina property manager or PMIC license.

Manages affordable housing communities, overseeing fiscal accountability, leasing, marketing, resident certifications, collections, regulatory compliance, inspections, property maintenance coordination, and physical assets. Supervises onsite staff, including hiring, training, performance management, scheduling, and policy compliance. Interprets and applies LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, HOME, HTF, Fair Housing, OSHA, and related regulations while communicating with owners, agencies, residents, and regional leadership.

Assists with daily multifamily property operations, including leasing, resident services, collections, budgeting, maintenance coordination, compliance, inspections, reporting, vendor relations, and staff support. Ensures occupancy goals, regulatory requirements, property standards, and customer service expectations are met. Handles resident concerns, community events, move-ins, move-outs, recertifications, and financial administration under the direction of the Community Manager.

Manage day-to-day operations and leasing for multiple apartment communities, lead sales team from lead generation through lease close, handle resident services, collections, pricing, administration, inspections, training, and travel between properties as assigned.
