Provides culturally informed employee relations support for Indigenous employees, especially Mikisew Cree First Nation members. Builds relationships, conducts workplace check-ins, helps employees navigate policies and concerns, facilitates informal resolution, identifies employment barriers, connects employees to development resources, and collaborates with HR, Labour Relations, operations, and leadership. Maintains confidential records, identifies systemic workplace themes, supports Indigenous Workforce Development initiatives, and refers formal investigations or legal matters to appropriate representatives.
