Manage inside sales for distribution of engineering plastic shapes in the Singapore market. Handle customer inquiries, maintain relationships with local customers and suppliers, leverage knowledge of plastic materials and product types (sheets, rods, tubing, films), and support order processing and account management. Requires strong organization, integrity, and teamwork.

Provide product information, pricing and support to customers; maintain and grow existing accounts; generate new business via outbound calls and quotes; process orders/credits; coordinate with outside sales, purchasing and vendors; prepare sales reports, budgets, and attend product education and branch meetings.

Manage and grow assigned territory by developing leads, cold calling, closing sales, servicing accounts, preparing quotes/contracts, and maintaining sales forecasts. Travel frequently for customer meetings and represent product lines to increase margin and market share.

Sell and support distribution of high-performance plastic shapes to Singapore customers. Manage inside-sales activities, liaise with suppliers and local clients, use product knowledge to recommend materials, and maintain organized, trustworthy customer service in a fast-growing distributor.

Manages strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, demand forecasting, inventory replenishment, and stock optimization across assigned locations. Uses Netstock and ERP systems to set inventory policies, forecast demand, manage purchase recommendations, monitor supplier performance, reduce stockouts and excess inventory, and improve service levels, inventory turnover, and forecast accuracy. Develops contingency plans for disruptions and collaborates with sales and procurement teams to align inventory with business needs.

Supports front desk and daily office operations by answering calls, greeting visitors, assisting staff, processing orders and invoices, maintaining ERP/CRM records, coordinating with sales, warehouse, and accounting, tracking inventory, managing files, ordering supplies, and handling general administrative tasks.

Provides administrative and clerical support for a branch office, including credit and invoice processing, inventory and WIP order management, purchase order and shipping coordination, timekeeping, deposits, vendor invoices, customer requests, office supplies, and facility maintenance calls. The role works closely with accounting, production, sales, warehouse, and corporate teams, using SYSPRO and office software to maintain accurate records and resolve processing discrepancies.
