Six-month, full-time QA intern responsible for scanning, uploading, filing, reviewing, and purging documents in a document management system (Zen). Maintain organized physical and digital filing, perform document checks for completeness and compliance, and support office teams with accurate recordkeeping.

Lead global ownership of SAP S/4HANA, QAD, and Salesforce platforms; govern implementations and partners; build platform roadmap; ensure integration, release governance, and stakeholder engagement across 30+ entities.

Provide day-to-day IT support and systems administration: troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, maintain servers, virtualization and cloud environments, assist cybersecurity and access management, respond to service desk tickets, document systems, and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
