Coordinates internal and external training programs, schedules courses, maintains training records and credentials, supports instructors, manages training payments and certificates, and communicates compliance needs. The role also assists with course facilitation, improves training content, supports employees and external clients, and occasionally travels for training or coordination meetings.

Manages employee disability and return-to-work cases from intake through resolution. Coordinates accommodations, modified duties, rehabilitation plans, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, employees, and managers. Maintains confidential case documentation, supports occupational health and safety administration, communicates empathetically, prepares reports, and uses data to identify recovery trends. This is a 20-hour-per-week part-time role with potential for future full-time growth.

Leads end-to-end proposal development for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other procurement opportunities. Coordinates cross-functional contributors, develops win strategies and capture plans, writes persuasive content, manages reviews and submissions, and maintains proposal resources. Identifies and qualifies business opportunities, manages the sales pipeline and CRM records, prepares performance reports, and implements process improvements. The role requires strong writing, project coordination, stakeholder management, procurement knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
