Leads end-to-end proposal development for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other procurement opportunities. Coordinates cross-functional contributors, develops win strategies and capture plans, writes persuasive content, manages reviews and submissions, and maintains proposal resources. Identifies and qualifies business opportunities, manages the sales pipeline and CRM records, prepares performance reports, and implements process improvements. The role requires strong writing, project coordination, stakeholder management, procurement knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
