Lead HR as a hands-on Senior HR Business Partner: manage employee relations caseloads, coach and develop managers and staff, own safeguarding (policy, investigations, training), partner with the COO on organisational change, workforce planning and people strategy, and provide HR guidance across jurisdictions for a dispersed international NGO workforce.

Lead development and execution of PxD's communications strategy; manage digital channels, website updates, brand and editorial quality, and external presence; coordinate consultants and field content; support media relations, events, internal communications, governance, and measurement of communications impact.

Serve as a technical translator between weather-forecasting partners and internal/external stakeholders: interpret model capabilities and limitations, synthesize scientific findings into accessible materials, coordinate cross-team communications, and ensure technical constraints inform program and policy decisions.

Lead PxD's flagship Ethiopia program by managing end-to-end program design, delivery, and M&E; build senior government and donor relationships; oversee multidisciplinary teams (research, product, tech); manage budgets, timelines, and resourcing; translate evidence into scalable digital agriculture interventions; represent PxD externally and codify institutional learning.
