The Senior Process Engineer provides process engineering expertise for municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities and capital projects. Responsibilities include treatment process design, construction and operations support, process and energy optimization, troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, capital budgeting, project and contract management, staff supervision, and cross-functional leadership. The role also develops studies and programs, advises senior management and Council, liaises with regulators and stakeholders, and promotes reliable, efficient, and safe treatment operations.
