Manage supplier sourcing, quotations, purchase orders and supplier performance for machined, welded, and fabricated components. Negotiate commercial terms, assess supplier capacity and delivery risk, expedite orders, support supplier development and continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project quality, schedule, and cost targets.

Develop, program, and commission control software for automated equipment (assembly, material handling, robotic cells, vision inspection, safety systems). Collaborate with sales, project management, mechanical and electrical teams; troubleshoot shop-floor automation, backup programs, and support scheduling and budget requirements. Produce drawings, BOMs, and support integration, testing, and commissioning while collaborating with controls, manufacturing, and project teams.

Sell RoboTape robotic automation solutions by developing new business, managing full sales cycle, preparing technical proposals, supporting project handoffs, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Support quoting, demonstrations, trade shows, CRM records, and continuous improvement to drive revenue and market expansion.

Lead and manage the electrical design team to deliver industrial automation solutions from concept through validation. Oversee resource planning, ensure safety and quality, mentor staff, collaborate with Engineering, Controls, and Operations, and ensure designs meet customer requirements and project commitments.

Design custom industrial automation machinery from concept to detailed 3D CAD models, coordinate tooling and manufacturing, conduct machine safety risk assessments and safe-stop distance calculations, review and produce manufacturing drawings and IO lists, mentor junior designers, liaise with sales/customers and vendors, and support build and commissioning while ensuring manufacturability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.
