Manage the overall business and operations of an adventure park, including guest experience, risk management, revenue, budgeting, payroll, hiring, training, compliance, and team leadership. Develop local business relationships, drive repeat and new business, oversee service standards, resolve guest concerns, execute company initiatives, and deliver performance reporting against operational and financial KPIs.
