Coordinates HR operations across multiple organizations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll support, time tracking, reporting, performance initiatives, training, policy administration, and employee lifecycle activities. The role requires confidentiality, compliance with employment legislation and collective agreements, strong organization, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Coordinates strategic and operational projects for the COO, tracking priorities, risks, timelines, deliverables, governance actions, and reporting. Supports board and committee processes, AGM planning, operational improvement, process documentation, research, briefing materials, and executive coordination. Develops project plans, dashboards, templates, and reporting systems while helping improve organizational effectiveness and service delivery. This is a six-month contract with hybrid attendance at the Vancouver office three to four days weekly.
