Lead development, deployment, and governance of AI and advanced analytics use cases. Prepare and curate AI-ready data, validate and monitor model performance, collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams, and drive responsible, scalable AI adoption across the business.

Lead regional Source-to-Contract logistics sourcing: adapt global category strategies regionally, run sourcing events, manage supplier performance and master data, resolve operational escalations, drive process standardization and continuous improvement, and support or lead a sourcing operations team while coordinating with Logistics, Procurement, Legal, Finance and stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end customer inquiry and ticket lifecycles, ensure SLA compliance, coordinate escalations, maintain ServiceNow and knowledge base, monitor performance metrics, and drive process improvements to optimize customer service delivery.

Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives: own plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies; coordinate architecture, engineering, analytics and AI teams; align business requirements with technical execution; support agile ceremonies, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Lead regional compliance program for the Americas: design and implement ERM, perform risk assessments and audits, investigate suspected violations, coordinate corrective actions, deliver training and governance, and support cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to laws, internal policies, and anti-fraud controls.

Operate and monitor cloud data platform pipelines, manage incidents and perform root-cause analysis, optimize reliability, performance, and cost (FinOps), implement IaC and CI/CD, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform robustness and compliance in enterprise settings.
