Design, implement and maintain automated test solutions and facilities for electronic products (production and qualification). Design and layout complex multi-layer rigid, semi-rigid and flex PCBs (4-20 layers) for aerospace, space, security and commercial programmes. Work spans requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, verification, CI and maintenance. Follow secure development practices, contribute to software community of practice, and progress from SFIA level 2 to level 3 responsibilities.

Lead end-to-end planning, delivery and governance of complex multidisciplinary engineering projects and bids. Manage bid lifecycle, stakeholder engagement, schedules, budgets, risks, compliance, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet schedule, cost, quality and security requirements.

Lead systems engineering for a defence cyber programme, implementing ISO/IEEE/IEC lifecycle processes, defining and delivering system solutions, managing technical teams, assuring requirements flow-down, coordinating architects, overseeing design reviews, supplier/customer engagement, producing technical proposals and artefacts, and supporting security clearance-sensitive activities.
