Structured 6-8 week training program starting in the Sales BDC to develop customer communication, CRM management, appointment setting, product knowledge, and dealership processes. Trainees shadow sales staff, participate in coaching and role-play, and progress toward a Sales Consultant role by demonstrating competency across the full automotive sales process.

Hands-on rotational sales internship across Sales, Finance & Insurance, and Sales Management at a dealership. Interns assist with customer communication, test drives, deal paperwork, performance tracking, CRM use, merchandising, training, and day-to-day operations while receiving mentorship and development for automotive sales and leadership careers.
