Leads the international people function, advising leaders on employee relations, performance, recruitment, organizational change, workforce planning, and policy governance. Ensures compliance with Dutch and international employment requirements, oversees occupational health and safety obligations, manages the People Operations Manager, and improves HR processes, systems, reporting, and employee experience. The role also supports talent acquisition, learning, performance management, audits, wellbeing, and organizational effectiveness across a global workforce.
