Support project delivery by assisting the Project Manager with buyouts, subcontractor management, scheduling, documentation (RFIs, submittals, purchasing), budget reporting, site coordination, punch-list and closeout tasks, and ensuring clear communication and contract conformance to keep projects on time and within budget.

Manage and lead proposal and pursuit production (SOQs, RFQs, RFPs), integrate technical content into compelling narratives, prepare interview materials, maintain marketing systems and collateral, support leadership presentations, coordinate events, photography, and social/internal communications to win new work.

Lead development and adoption of companywide operational playbooks and SOPs, partner with the COO and technology teams to align systems (e.g., Procore) with workflows, drive operational reporting and risk reviews, capture lessons learned, and support training and change adoption to ensure consistent, efficient project delivery across business units.

Provide broad legal support with emphasis on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating prime and subcontract construction contracts; manage disputes and litigation; oversee outside counsel; advise executive leadership and HR on legal and compliance matters; maintain contract templates and playbooks; deliver training; and support corporate transactions and risk mitigation across operations.
