Manages assigned commercial insurance client relationships, providing proactive service, insurance analyses, stewardship and renewal presentations, policy documentation, coverage guidance, and claims coordination. Supports renewal marketing, monitors accounts receivable, resolves accounting issues, verifies third-party coverage, reviews insurance requirements, and coordinates internal teams, carriers, vendors, and TPAs. Maintains compliance, data integrity, service standards, client retention, and timely renewal execution while helping hold team members accountable.
