Conduct customer discovery, design solutions, produce BOMs, proposals, RFP responses, demos, and technical presentations. Coordinate manufacturers, distributors, and internal teams to validate and implement scalable, secure solutions while maintaining CRM data and improving sales engineering processes.

Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise network solutions. Lead major configuration changes and firmware upgrades, mentor NOC engineers, create network diagrams and documentation, support installations and on-call coverage, and collaborate on process and operational improvements.
