Coordinate daily pickup and delivery operations: update shipments in TMS, prepare driver documents, schedule warehouse staff and drivers, dispatch and scan shipments, ensure regulatory compliance (DOT, FMCSA, TSA, OSHA), provide customer service, and operate forklift as needed to meet on-time commitments.
