Lead a global application team to define and execute application strategy for laminate and PCB materials. Engage OEMs and partners, prioritize product and application development, drive rapid prototyping, manage an opportunity pipeline, and communicate strategy and risks to senior management while partnering with Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing and Business Development.

Produce monthly reports, support SOX/internal/external audits, perform BlackLine reconciliations, prepare disclosure and tax reporting (10-K/10-Q), and collaborate with finance stakeholders to ensure accurate consolidation and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.

Perform reliability, environmental, material, electrical, and mechanical testing; develop and maintain test methods, SOPs, and databases; analyze test data and conduct failure analysis; design test fixtures; support NPI, product validation, and quality improvement; coordinate external labs and prepare technical test reports.

Drive manufacturing process improvements, support new product introductions, perform data-driven analysis (OEE, yield, scrap), maintain quality documentation (PFMEA, control plans) per IATF 16949, lead root cause analysis, implement low-cost automation/poka-yoke, manage BOMs/routings in ERP, and lead cost-saving initiatives while training production personnel.

Join an early-career rotational engineering program delivering assignments across manufacturing, automation, digital manufacturing, product quality, reliability, and operations. Work on process improvement, automation, data analytics, manufacturing intelligence, and continuous improvement while rotating through technical and leadership roles across multiple US sites.

Participate in a structured rotational program across planning, procurement, logistics, operations, digital supply chain, and transformation. Work on projects to optimize material flow, improve procurement and sourcing, enhance demand/supply planning, manage inventory, enable digital tools and analytics, and drive continuous improvement. Complete at least three ~18-month assignments across U.S. sites with relocation and cross-functional collaboration.
