Provide remote and on-site technical support across multiple client environments: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; manage tickets to SLAs; deploy and configure endpoints and printers; handle user onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning; maintain basic network infrastructure; document work and collaborate to improve processes and automation.
