Lead and manage U.S. distribution operations, overseeing receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and related processes. Build and coach operations teams, drive continuous improvement (Lean/5S/Six Sigma), optimize warehouse layout and productivity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure high service, accuracy, and on-time shipments.

Support full employee lifecycle with emphasis on talent acquisition, workforce planning, candidate experience, onboarding, and HR operations. Partner with leaders to source and hire talent, maintain HRIS records in Paycom, process employee changes, support employee relations and engagement, and assist with compliance, training, and HR reporting.

Support sales operations by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, sharing product/pricing/promotions, processing orders, maintaining customer records and reports, scheduling and documenting meetings, managing office supplies/equipment, and providing general administrative support to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and polished customer communication.
