Support project accounting by maintaining accurate financial data: AR/AP, payroll, subcontract management, equipment time entry, journal entries, monthly cost and profitability reports, contract billing, client reporting, and onsite accounting team support.

Support project controls for a major industrial turnaround: maintain schedules, track cost and productivity, monitor earned value, forecast budgets, manage change, report progress, and collaborate with planners, managers, and field teams to identify risks and ensure data accuracy and compliance with project controls procedures.

Coordinate telecom maintenance and construction projects by scheduling, tracking materials and costs, updating CRM and Excel trackers, producing WIP and performance reports (CPI, SPI, EAC), supporting change management and billing, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, field teams, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Provide project administrative and technical support for heavy civil projects: manage RFIs, subcontract processes, procurement, scheduling, reporting, project start-up and close-out, and promote site safety while coordinating with project managers, trades, and consultants.

Coordinate accurate, timely entry and reporting of project financial data including A/R, A/P, payroll, subcontract management, equipment time, journal entries and month-end reporting. Support project managers with cost and profitability reporting, contract billing interpretation, client reporting, and onsite accounting team management while handling administrative tasks and vendor inquiries.

Serve as the internal Coupa SME to design, configure, optimize, and sustain P2P and S2C processes. Lead implementations, integrations, data alignment, release impact assessments, testing, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure scalable, compliant procurement solutions.

Serve as the internal Coupa SME across procurement modules, lead implementations and integrations, monitor platform health, drive continuous improvements, ensure master data quality, perform root-cause analysis, support releases and testing, partner with Procurement/Finance/AP teams, and mentor a Systems & Process Analyst.

Provide administrative and technical project support on camp-based construction sites: quantity takeoffs, document control, RFIs, subcontract and procurement support, schedule input and tracking, project start-up and close-out, reporting, and safety promotion to ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.
