Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume craft and salaried roles. Proactively source, build talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, assess fit, and maintain hiring data in Workday to deliver timely, high-quality hires.

Maintain and optimize Ledcor's financial systems, develop and enhance reports, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot complex issues, support implementations and upgrades, deliver training and documentation, and collaborate with Finance and IS to align systems with business requirements.

Lead planning and execution of land access, easements, permits and property access for infrastructure construction. Coordinate with design, construction, clients, authorities and property owners, manage submittals and registers, resolve regulatory and stakeholder issues, and prepare reports to keep projects on schedule.

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on a Bell 412 helicopter and components, ensure compliance with airworthiness standards and accurate documentation, assist with structural and avionics repairs, and coordinate with flight crew and a three-person maintenance team to support 7-day, 12-hour daily operations.

Provide administrative and operational support to construction projects: coordinate site requirements, manage document control and workforce onboarding, maintain reporting databases, communicate with stakeholders, compose correspondence, and improve departmental processes.

Process and maintain employee records, payroll and timekeeping data in Workday/JDE/HCM. Validate, reconcile, and resolve HR/payroll discrepancies, support employee lifecycle transactions, troubleshoot system issues, test enhancements, and provide service-centre support including on-call response for urgent payroll matters.

Lead planning and delivery of large telecommunications infrastructure projects (fiber, small cells, wireless towers). Oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk, permitting, subcontractors, contract negotiation, quality and safety compliance, and client communications while driving operational performance and pursuing new project opportunities.

Coordinate telecom maintenance and construction projects by scheduling, tracking costs and materials, maintaining project logs and CRM, producing WIP and performance reports using Excel and Power BI, supporting change management and billing, and collaborating with field teams and clients to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
