Responsibilities include legal research, drafting briefs and pleadings, reviewing documents, gathering evidence, client and witness interviews, declaration drafting, immigration form assistance, court and USCIS observation, case-file organization, scheduling, correspondence, and collaboration on systemic justice efforts.
