Lead strategy, delivery, and improvement of Caribou Coffee's application portfolio (digital platforms, POS, enterprise systems, integrations). Drive AI enablement, operational excellence, vendor governance, budgeting, and cross-functional partnership. Build and mentor a high-performing team, manage application lifecycle and incidents, support store rollouts, and translate business needs into technology solutions that improve guest experience and operational efficiency.

Lead end-to-end BI analytics to convert enterprise, transaction, and guest data into actionable insights. Build forecasts, predictive models, test designs, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and partner across Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Loyalty to optimize sales, traffic, and guest engagement.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and the enterprise data warehouse. Optimize schemas, implement ETL/ELT, manage cloud data infrastructure, enforce security/governance, and partner with BI and technology teams to ensure reliable, performant data for analytics.

Build and maintain Power BI reports and semantic models, define enterprise KPIs, transform warehouse data into documented business-facing models, automate recurring analyses, partner with Finance/Operations/Marketing, and promote data literacy and scalable reporting across the organization.
