Mentors sales professionals, represents the company at industry events, and travels regularly to customer sites and company facilities.

Support sales operations by preparing quotes, tracking orders and warranties, coordinating communication across teams, maintaining CRM/ERP records, managing demo fleet, assisting with presentations and analytics, and supporting onboarding of dealers and customers for lead-acid and lithium-ion product lines.
