Lead and grow the Demand-Capacity Analytics team to build and govern demand-capacity data, develop geospatial and predictive models, deliver insights for network build and financial viability, align stakeholders on forecasts, and transition analytics to AI-driven prescriptive models and automated pipelines.

Designs and supports wireless radio access networks including RF planning, site surveys, TSSR and search ring maps. Evaluates site candidates, produces cell loading plans, and supports macro, small cell and repeater deployments. Maintains engineering databases and tools, provides technical solutions for events, and supports network coverage and performance KPIs.

Lead CX case management by designing, evaluating and improving CRM workflows and automations. Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment, govern metrics, supervise project plans, and ensure end-to-end solutions to reduce manual processes and improve customer experience.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant data platforms and reusable pipelines on AWS/GCP. Lead data governance, DataOps/DevSecOps practices, cloud-native and streaming solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable analytics, machine learning, and operational use cases while ensuring data security and compliance.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX management, variance analysis, management reporting, cost optimization, process improvement, and cross-functional financial advisory. Support projects, implement controls, and produce timely management reports to guide business decisions.

Lead QA strategy and governance for digital and telco platforms. Define standards, metrics, and quality gates; build and mentor QA teams; ensure end-to-end test coverage, risk mitigation, release readiness, and scalable test automation aligned with engineering and product.
