Provide academic advising to new and continuing students (especially first- and second-year), guide curriculum and course selection, track academic progress, maintain advising records, support orientation and COOP Chat Bot, refer students to support services, and perform other assigned duties for a one-year temporary appointment.

Provide strategic leadership and operational management for the Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum, overseeing collections care, exhibitions, fundraising, marketing, education, staff supervision, budgets, accreditation, and community partnerships to advance the museum and university missions.

Provide administration, security, maintenance, and end-user support for university enterprise applications (Workday, Hyland). Configure Workday security and Dynamic Forms, support document management and workflows, assist with updates and testing, maintain data integrity, produce documentation, and participate in audits and operational processes.

Identify, source and develop compelling stories about alumni, faculty, staff and students; write and edit content for multiple platforms; manage media relations, respond to inquiries, track coverage, advise stakeholders, and supervise student staff.

Advise and train student newspaper staff on journalistic practices, assist with production and editorial decisions, review and edit stories, help recruit and supervise student employees, and support budget and operations to align with the paper's mission.

Support institutional data requests, prepare reports and dashboards, maintain student datasets, assist with state/federal submissions, and perform basic statistical and spreadsheet analyses to inform university decision-making.

Assist the head coach in developing and executing practices, game plans, recruiting, compliance with NCAA rules, athlete development, equipment and travel management, fundraising, camps, and community outreach.
