Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger activity, reconciliations, journal entries, allocations, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and grant accounting. Ensure compliance with GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, funder requirements, and internal controls. Support audits and financial reviews, provide fiscal information to management and the Board, maintain accurate records, and guide fiscal staff.
