The Controller leads the finance and accounting department, overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, tax compliance, audits, cash flow, and financial planning. The role manages accounting staff, prepares GAAP-compliant statements, analyzes financial performance, advises executive leadership, and supports ERP improvements, automation, and process optimization. Experience with Sage ERP and CPA certification are preferred, while manufacturing or laboratory management experience is highly desirable.
