Provide remote legal representation in litigation matters, manage cases independently, handle discovery, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation. Communicate with clients, negotiate settlements, and deliver strong written, verbal, and analytical advocacy. Preferably possess personal-injury litigation experience.
