Manage end-to-end ADA interactive process and leave of absence programs for shoreside North American employees. Serve as SME on ADA, FMLA, PWFA, USERRA and state/local leave laws; review medical documentation, determine reasonable accommodations, coordinate with HR, Legal, Payroll and third-party administrators, and communicate determinations. Lead shoreside technical operations for an assigned vessel portfolio: plan and execute maintenance, dry docks, budgets, and regulatory compliance; manage CMMS implementation, resolve complex technical issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure vessel safety, reliability, and cost-effective performance.

Define, design, and govern secure, scalable enterprise and solution architectures across cloud, on-premises, and shipboard environments. Embed cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance (Zero Trust, NIST CSF, PCI DSS) into designs; perform security architecture reviews, vulnerability management, and CMDB/configuration governance. Advise stakeholders, enforce architecture standards, and support disaster recovery, resilience, and vendor compliance.

Lead advanced security monitoring, incident response, and risk assessments for financial systems. Support ITGC/SOX controls, audits, implementations, and remediation. Act as SME for secure design, control oversight, and continuous improvement within the GFiT environment.

Drive revenue from assigned national and strategic accounts by developing account strategies, executing sales calls (virtual and onsite), delivering training and marketing plans, managing budgets and co-op advertising, collaborating with sales and revenue planning, and representing the brand at events and conferences. Responsible for relationship growth, reporting, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Owns and prioritizes the enterprise data and payments product backlogs, translates business priorities into an outcome-driven roadmap, partners with stakeholders across domains, authors epics and user stories for Data Engineering, manages cross-platform data delivery (Snowflake, Oracle, Informatica, AWS) and supports payments platform backlog to drive analytics adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Optimize pricing, inventory, and demand forecasting for assigned sailings to maximize net ticket revenue. Monitor bookings, competitive activity, and market trends; produce performance reports and dashboards; recommend data-driven pricing and inventory actions; partner with Sales, Marketing, and Deployment Planning; maintain data integrity and implement process improvements to support commercial strategy.
