Develop new prospects and manage assigned accounts through face-to-face selling, presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. Execute account plans, grow margins via value-added services, maintain customer relationships, and utilize sales tools. Travel frequently to clients and suppliers and collaborate with suppliers and sales support to provide quotations and resolve post-sale issues.

Lead a regional sales location, set sales strategy and quotas, manage and coach a sales team, develop customer and supplier relationships, forecast sales/profit, partner with marketing and internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction and operational coordination.

Handle inbound/outbound customer orders via phone and email, upsell and quote products, manage order fulfillment and backorders, follow up on open items, collaborate with outside sales, report market trends, and identify process improvements. Travel up to 25%.
