Lead analytics for quality and HEDIS performance improvement: design and build reporting, track HEDIS rates and interventions, conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling, manage data warehouse changes, support audits and special projects, and train stakeholders on analytic solutions.

Coordinate technical work across application, platform, infrastructure, data, security, and vendor teams. Troubleshoot issues, support design reviews, validate non-functional requirements, and drive technical dependency and risk closure. Assist AI use case intake, evaluate feasibility and data readiness, ensure governance compliance, support testing/UAT, and maintain technical documentation.

Lead provider data management analysis and improvements: triage PDM issues, manage cross-functional projects, analyze healthcare datasets, optimize workflows, gather requirements, produce stakeholder presentations, and train end-users to ensure accurate provider information and process adoption.

Lead and maintain program governance: document policies, workflows, controls, and playbooks; manage budgets and performance metrics; coordinate governance meetings; support portfolio/change management; produce requirements, test plans, training, and scheduled reports.
