Lead a 10-person team building and modernizing ETL pipelines and reporting (SSIS-to-ADF migration), support claims validation/pricing/monitoring data flows, drive AI adoption, improve delivery processes, and coordinate across engineering, QA, product, and stakeholders to ensure reliable data solutions.

Design scalable cloud-native data platforms, implement medallion architectures, enable data governance and AI/ML workloads, build automation and CI/CD for Databricks, and mentor teams while collaborating with stakeholders on strategy and delivery.
