Provide administrative and operational support to the Special Educational Needs Assessment (SENA) Service, managing referrals, maintaining accurate records, liaising with families, schools and professionals, delivering customer service via phone/email/face-to-face, supporting data quality and reporting, and assisting with meetings, correspondence and documentation.

Lead county-wide Education, SEND and Inclusion services as a visible system leader. Oversee six Heads of Service, advise on policy and legislation, drive SEND reform within budgets, manage DSG deficits and High Needs, expand high-quality provision, and build strong partnerships with schools and trusts to improve outcomes for vulnerable learners.

Lead and coordinate contract administration, governance, and compliance for Highways, Public Realm and Tree Services. Maintain contract and supplier records, support commissioning, tendering, mobilisation and variations, produce compliance and performance reports, and work with managers and corporate teams to ensure value for money and adherence to local authority procurement policies and legislation.
