Provide advanced administrative support including heavy calendar management, coordinating complex meetings, arranging domestic and international travel and expenses, maintaining manual and electronic filing, processing timesheets and requisitions, proofreading correspondence, serving as liaison with service providers, uploading SOPs to matter management systems, and supporting executives and team projects.

Lead and deliver detailed telecom engineering for oil & gas projects including conceptual, FEED and detailed design. Produce design calculations, specifications, FDS/GDS logic, vendor reviews, testing oversight (FAT), HAZOP/SIL participation, construction/commissioning support, and lead discipline teams while coordinating across disciplines, procurement, and clients.

Lead cost controls on large, complex EPC oil & gas/offshore projects. Implement project controls systems, EVM, AWP and WBS; produce forecasts, cost trending, cash flows and progress measurement; manage change control, client reviews, and monthly reporting; supervise and mentor junior staff; support proposals, risk/opportunity processes, and resource planning.

Develop arrangement, FEED, conceptual and detailed electrical designs and 3D models ensuring clash-free integration. Produce detailed drawings, one-line diagrams, schematics, cable schedules, lighting calculations, BOMs and material take-offs. Coordinate with other disciplines, review vendor drawings, manage deliverables, perform single-discipline and inter-discipline checks, support change management, lead or assist design teams, mentor junior designers, and participate in design reviews and site surveys.

Lead subcontract management for projects: evaluate proposals, develop and administer complex subcontracts, ensure compliance, support sourcing strategy, oversee subcontractor performance, and resolve subcontract issues. Provide guidance to site leadership and prepare reports and presentations.

Source, screen, and present candidates; develop and execute sourcing strategies; partner with hiring managers and HR; use ATS and market research tools; meet Talent Acquisition KPIs and mentor less-experienced colleagues.

Lead process engineering for FEED, studies and detailed design; prepare simulations, PFDs/P&IDs, datasheets and calculations; coordinate with disciplines, review vendor submittals, support HAZOPs, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with codes, standards, schedules and budgets.

Lead pre-award subcontract activities including RFP/ITB creation, vendor qualification, negotiation, award recommendations, and subcontract administration. Ensure compliance, manage risk and cost avoidance, support performance reviews, and liaise with project teams to prevent budget or schedule impacts.

Lead and govern project controls for large, complex EPC projects. Implement tools, define WBS, manage cost/schedule baselines, forecasts, change and risk registers, oversee reporting, advise leadership, and represent controls in client and executive reviews.

Support the administration team with day-to-day tasks including data entry, scheduling, document preparation, research, meeting notes, and project coordination. Communicate with stakeholders, assist in executing projects, and learn administrative processes while contributing ideas and maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
