Lead day-to-day administration and improvement of IT infrastructure and end-user systems. Maintain Microsoft 365/Azure/Entra, Windows Server, AD, networking, virtualization, backups, and security controls. Own incident escalation, endpoint management, vendor coordination, documentation, compliance support, and periodic off-hours maintenance while coaching IT staff and delivering infrastructure projects.
