The Accountant manages nonprofit accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, payroll reporting, journal entries, grant budgets, financial reporting, audit and 990 support, vendor records, and contract tracking. The role also provides office coordination and basic IT support during meetings, serves staff and vendors, and works onsite in Oakland one to two days weekly.
