Perform full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close for select units, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, balance intercompany accounts, support audits, maintain controls and compliance, assist acquisition integrations, identify process improvements, and support automation and shared‑services initiatives while collaborating across departments.

Collaborates with clients, vendors, carriers, and internal teams while maintaining quality and confidentiality standards. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, with benefits industry experience and Power BI or Tableau knowledge preferred.

Provide remote legal consultations across multiple practice areas, analyze client matters, prepare litigation files, draft procedures, develop representation strategies, and support court or administrative hearings. Advise clients on rights, obligations, risks, and options; track deadlines; negotiate settlements; collaborate with the legal team; and stay current on legislative and regulatory changes.

Greets clients, answers and triages calls, manages voicemails and inboxes, sets up prospects in the broker management system, distributes requests to brokers, processes payments, issues receipts, and maintains office supply inventory.

Builds executive relationships, oversees complex client escalations, improves client-facing tools and analytics, establishes service standards and KPIs, and develops a high-performing client success organization. Partners with Operations, Technology, Product, and Commercial leaders to advance strategic priorities and deliver measurable client and business outcomes.

Lead requirements elicitation and management for business and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment. Analyze processes, systems, and data; define APIs, integrations, and mapping; coordinate QA, vendors, and compliance (e.g., privacy frameworks) to drive solution design and implementation.
